Former President Joseoh "erap" Ejercito Eztrada is taking advantage of this current Philippine Leadership crisis to return to Malacaņan. He reclaims his presidency and the illegitimacy of the Arroyo Administration. He and his former lawyer Atty. Paguia claims that he was unconstitutionally removed from power, claiming that the constitutional process died since the day he was ousted.
Yes the Impeachment trial against erap didn't concluded and wasn't able to follow the due process. But why did Erap left the palace if he was still the President? why did he exited the palace thru the back door (the Pasig river)? and besides the Supreme Court confirmed the legitimacy of Arroyo's succession. And if they are saying that the constituion had died, therefore they don't recognize the current government, why did Loi (Erap's egal wife) and Jinggoy (Erap's son) ran for the Senate? does this mean the two Senators were also iligimate?
And if ever it was proven that the Arroyo succession was indeed illegal, there is no way Erap could reclaim his presidency since his official term ended after the 2004 national elections, and why didn't he protested before? why now 4 years later?
